Bust and waistline
In keeping with your silhouette, we frame the waist point to allow the jacket, overcoat, blouse or dress to sit impeccably and let the flow of the garment follow your shape: feminine and yet powerful, let every curve speak for itself. Skirts and trousers deserve the same attention and we strive to create an impeccable fit to reflect the occasion, just for you.
Shoulders width
Pitching the head of a sleeve right where it calls is paramount. Our Signature shoulder always sits right where the body calls for, and from there we allow the flow of the jacket, dress or overcoat flow seamlessly around your body to create that most important comfort point for the final look you’ll be complimented for.

Dress, Gown
Nothing like leaving home wearing a pretty dress or - when the call comes for it - a glamorous evening gown. Bring your shoes and let us bring your hemline to that perfect level. Sometimes by simply raising a vent, or creating a smile at the back of your dress, let us help you to inject new enthusiasm to it.
Skirts
So many styles, and yet a favourite item in every lady’s wardrobe. The length of a skirt is possibly the most important length of it all: each leg has many points to frame itself to greater advantage, and we are only to please to locate these points and study the perfect length for you. To fully size the best direction, ideal shoes and top of what most likely you’ll wear with your skirt is ‘de riguer’.
Trousers
The most demanding of all hems despite the small area we are looking to perfect: so many questions, endless options. Let us help you here: over the many past seasons we have seen them all and we are delighted to guide you. Based on the final length let’s play for a moment with whether we could add a few centimetres of height by tapering the leg, or perfect the brake at the hem meet the shoe... small details but well worth implementing.
Jacket, Overcoat & Furcoats
Our eye moves with Fashion trends and we are here to ensure your new jacket or favourite overcoat is in perfect line with your proportions and current fashion trends. That’s why the length of your jacket is always important and we’ll take into consideration all the elements to make it perfect. Original details like buttonholes, vents and other features on the hem will be retained whilst creating the new length and when necessary, we take care to re-align the width of the body in line with the final new length.
Sleeves
The length of your sleeves speaks volumes and we are here to frame it to perfection. First let us assess the way the garment you are wearing sits correctly on your shoulders, as this is the key element in a perfect sleeve length. If necessary we’ll recommend to bring the shoulder to the perfect point and then work on the hem of the sleeves. Original details like buttonholes, vents and other features will be retained whilst shortening the sleeve either from the shoulder or from the hem.
